- Microsoft Windows XP or Vista.
- 512 MB RAM minimum. Recommended: 1.0 GB or more.
- Windows-compatible sound card and speakers (recommended)
- 35 MB of hard-disk space for program installation.
Since Mekanimo is a multimedia application based on simulated physics, it has high CPU demand. The faster the CPU, the better the user experience is.
Although you can run Mekanimo on a PC with no installed audio, a sound card is recommended for taking advantage of the multimedia capabilites.
Similar to the CPU requirements, the better the graphics card the more satisfactory the user experience is.
Currently, Mekanimo has been tested on English version of Windows with only ASCII characters. If you are using non-ASCII characters you may experience some unexpected behavior.
